With a PhD in Biostatistics and a post-graduate qualification in International Business Management, Erika values strategic and analytical thinking. She also values unicorns, tiaras, and happily ever afters.

Twenty years in the corporate sector, as a strategic consultant and portfolio leader, has honed her love of systems and optimized project management. She now applies this strategic thinking in the Indie Publishing arena, to find more effective and efficient solutions for independent publishers and authors.

She is the co-founder and Director of Author Sustainability CLG, a non-profit organization (registered in Ireland) with a remit to foster an environment to celebrate and share steps designed to assist with building a long-term career in independent publishing, and to support authors in achieving a scalable and sustainable career by providing resources and encouragement. She is the former Managing Editor of Indie Author Magazine and has co-curated eight anthologies since 2018.
